Maegly

Mr. Maegly is a graduate of Northern Kentucky University and has worked in the Kings Local School District for 25 years. He is currently the Assistant Band Director at Kings and works with student musicians in all bands, grades 6 through 12. Mr. Maegly believes that,  “Music classes help to level the field for all students. Successes can be found there that are not seen in other areas. Music can be a shelter for some students. Music offers an opportunity for lifetime involvement.” When asked why he loves working with Kings students he said, “I am fortunate that I can see the development of our band students from day one in sixth grade all the way to the end of their senior year.”
