Tadashi Ushiyama is one of the most talented marching percussion arrangers and instructors in Japan. Tadashi teaches and arranges for many Japanese competitive groups. Tadashi is also known as a pioneer of cymbal choreography in Japan. He marched with (1989-92) and instructed (1993,94) Yokohama Inspires (DCA 2002 Best Cymbal Line), and established his cymbal style with them. Tadashi now works for Dynasty Japan.
